To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn or Unused: The item must be in the same condition you received it, with no signs of wear or tear.
Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging, including any tags or inserts.
Proof of Purchase: Having your receipt or proof of purchase will expedite the return process.

Please be advised that "sales products" are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. 

To receive a different product or the same product in a different color/size instead, please return your product for a refund, then place a new order online.

How to Make a Return
Making a return is easy! Simply follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our friendly customer service team at info@vivdly.com to initiate the return process.
Return Instructions: We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to return your order. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee based on the original order value.
Note: Please do not send back any items without first contacting us for a return authorization. Items sent back without prior notification may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Please be noted shipping cost is not included in the refundable amount

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount.
