Return Instructions: We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to return your order. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee based on the original order value.
Note: Please do not send back any items without first contacting us for a return authorization. Items sent back without prior notification may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will thoroughly inspect it within 7 business days. We will then promptly notify you by email regarding the status of your return – whether it's approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund automatically back to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
